Evergreen was founded in 1978 and purchased in 1994 by Elinore Tucker and Kristie Simard. Employee Regina Harpster joined the partnership in 2005. The corporation and each of its adjusters are fully licensed, insured and well experienced.

Evergreen was built on providing professional claims service to its clients, serving its clients as a trusted ally, providing them with the loyalty of a business partner and the cost effectiveness of an outside vendor. Many of our responsibilities are mission critical, and we give our clients the assurance that we will be there when they need us; we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide prompt investigations, liability analysis and settlement evaluation.

From our headquarters in Seattle, Washington, offices in Spokane and Vancouver, and experienced adjusters spread throughout the state, Evergreen provides claims service for all of Washington, northern Oregon and northern Idaho. The company’s competitive edge is its proven working knowledge of municipal claims. Evergreen currently manages claims for over 100 cities and governmental agencies as well as for a variety of private and commercial insurance companies. We can also handle your overflow claims during your employee vacation times or extended leave time.
