 We have employees located in all areas of the state, and our central office in Seattle is staffed full time to coordinate all claims assignments and communications. We have a 24-hour answering service and our staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergency claims handling. We do our best to cultivate close working relationships with the staff of our client companies and risk pools, as well as with risk pool members and their key personnel. You and your staff will get to know your assigned Evergreen adjusters and their back-ups, and our adjusters will make courtesy calls to each account location to keep information flowing. |
